Position - Director of Franchise Development

Location:

This position does allow you to work in our office or remotely, but You MUST physically be in the South Florida area to attend and participate in FLN Chapter meetings throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade County.

Position Summary:

-We are seeking a qualified, business-savvy professional with at least 5 years of experience scaling a small business to join our team and play a key role in helping us grow a worldwide network of attorneys through the FLN Franchise model.

-This experienced business professional will be instrumental in shaping and executing our expansion strategy, building strategic systems, and guiding franchisees through a proven framework of community-building and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with FLN leadership to develop and implement franchise growth strategies.

• Support the franchise development process including recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance of FLN Chapter Franchisees.

• Refine and optimize scalable systems and processes that support multi-location growth.

• You must develop marketing, sales, and operations playbooks tailored to generate qualified leads to become FLN Business Partners through franchising.

• Ensure quality control and consistency of the FLN brand as it expands into new territories.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• At least 5 years of proven experience scaling a small business or launching successful franchise operations.

• Strong understanding of small business operations, systems, and team development.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in coaching and mentoring others.

• Experience working with professional service providers, attorneys, or franchised networks is a big plus.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for growth, collaboration, and execution.

• Knowledge of building a franchise is a huge benefit, but not required.

• Knowledge of the EOS system is a great advantage in this position.
