As part of our team, you will be instrumental in representing our clients in commercial litigation matters, showcasing your expertise and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation cases

• Analyze legal issues and develop strategies to resolve cases

• Conduct legal research and prepare relevant legal documents

• Attend court hearings and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding commercial litigation matters

Qualifications:

• JD and Florida Bar

• Member Minimum 10 years experience

• Action-oriented

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Confidence

• Attention to detail

• Client representation experience

• Motion and hearing experience

• Senior attorney experience

Compensation:

• $160,000 yearly + production-based bonus
