As Florida starts to figure out a plan for the current adventure, there are lots of questions that lawyers, colleagues and clients have about employees and workers in this new environment.

Our panel of [FLN - Employment Law] attorneys will be available to answer some interesting questions, and review some common scenarios in the workplace.
For Example:
Can employers require employees test negative before returning to work?
How often can the employer require the employee be tested?
What about visitors to the office - can you take their temperature before they come in?
What if someone you work with lives with a family member that works with someone else that tested positive?
Can employers obtain a liability waiver from employees or clients when they visit an office?
Does an employer have the right to ask about an employee's social interaction when not working?
What if an employee takes a flight to California - can the employer request the employee stay away for 14 days?
